Badge of the Order, Ladies Issue exclusively, of particularly fine quality and craftsmanship, consisting of an entirely hand carved medallion in Gold with etched rose and laurel upper surround, obverse centre applique depicting Queen Saint Isabel feeding the poor, both in fine enamels with hand painted details, with bottom scroll hand etched with Motto Pauperum Solatio (Comfort the Poor),
