Rates
- Transfers to/from Lusaka available at $150 per vehicle each way.
- Nannies & helpers $50 pppn which includes food, accommodation and any activity with the family.
All rates include the following:
- Accommodation in specified room type
- All meals
- Soft drinks are included at mealtimes; specialist drinks, e.g. milkshakes, Red Bull etc. are charged at an additional cost.
- 2 free activities per day within the Game Management Area.
- Use of camp angling equipment, fishing rods and hooks; bait not included.
- Free Wi-Fi
- Unlimited use of Jacuzzi
- Use of baby equipment (high chairs, cots and corresponding mosquito nets, baby bath stand, sterilizers, bottle brush, baby purée 0-2 years of fresh fruits and vegs that is available on hand (Prior notice to be given for this of minimum 4 hours before meal times )
- Complimentary Laundry
- All government taxes and levies
- Kiddies treats (2 x per person within allocated hours, subject to availability and T&Cs)
- Planned kids’ activities for the day
- Use of PS5 and pool table
All rates exclude the following:
- Private guiding
- Spa treatments
- Mini bar (non-alcoholic beverages)
- All additional drinks
- Shishas
- Loss or damage to angling equipment
- Breakages of camp property
- Bank charges
- 1% credit card fees for all payments settled using 3G online payment service.
- Park entry fee and conservation levy, including game drives and fishing, as applicable.
- Flights/transfers/charters to LZ
Child Policy
- Children aged 0-2 are accommodated free of charge.
- Children between the ages of 3-11 years of age, pay 50% of the adult rate.
- Children aged 12 and up, pay 100% of the applicable rate.
- We offer cots/extra beds (subject to availability). Please request when making your reservation.
- Use of baby equipment (highchairs, cots and corresponding mosquito nets, baby bath stand, sterilizers, bottle brush, baby purée 0-2 years of fresh fruits and vegetables that is available on hand. Prior notice to be given for this of minimum 4 hours before mealtimes.
- Kiddies treats (2 x per person within allocated hours, subject to availability and T&Cs)
- Planned children’s activities for the day (painting, colouring)
- Use of PS5 and pool table.
Terms & Conditions
Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days and then released if not confirmed. However if an enquiry is received for the same dates and the booking is still provisional, a commitment fee will be required within 72 hours to confirm.
A commitment fee of 100% of the total amount of the booking is required to confirm a bookings. This commitment fee is refundable until 91 days prior to travel.
Please note that bank charges are not included in the invoice value and should not be deducted from payment.
Late payments will result in bookings becoming subject to reconfirmation and may result in cancellation.
Confirmation of Third Party Services: Reservations for additional services that have been made on behalf of the client, can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full for such services. The terms and conditions, booking and cancellation policies of the third party service provider apply.
Confirmation of Booking
Once a booking has been confirmed by the client in writing, our cancellation policy will apply. Please enquire with reservations on all payment options available so guests can choose what is the most suitable for them.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation fees:
- Refunds for third-party amounts will only be refundable if we receive reimbursements from the third-party provider. Excluding bank charges.
- Agents and guests must obtain adequate travel insurance to cover Nuyanaya River Camp’s cancellation terms and conditions.
- 61 days prior to arrival Fully refundable
- 60 – 46 days or fewer prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee
- 45 – 0 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee
Currency
Services are invoiced and payable in United States Dollars. Zambian residents may pay in Zambian Kwacha. For payment in Zambian Kwacha, payment receipts will be credited to the book-ing in USD at the rate of exchange of the receiving bank on the date of receipt.
Waiver
- Nuyanaya River Camp reserves the right to release bookings should payment be received after the required date.
- Nuyanaya River Camp reserves the right to admit or remove any guest whose behaviour nega-tively impacts the lodge, guests, wildlife and staff.
- Nuyanaya River Camp will not be held liable for any third-party service.

Park Fee & Conservation Levy
All rates exclude all aspects of park entry fees, including game drives and fishing, as applicable. Please note that national park and other third-party fees and taxes may be subject to change without notice.
